Sophia really knows hair. I came to her after a series of bad relaxer experiences. I was nervous about new hands touching my hair and she calmed my fears. She took the time to explain the products used in my hair. She actually enjoys talking to customers about reaching their hair goals. And she makes you feel like it is still "your hair" instead of the "stylist's" hair. She goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy before you walk out the door.
