Jamela, ironically/unfortunately, the owner, is very unprofessional and "ghetto fabulous." Customer service is definitely NOT her forte. If you mention her running hours late with your appointment, she will, without even bothering to explain or apologize, invite you to leave. She does good hair and the shop is well appointed, but her attitude is the absolute worst. Absolutely would not recommend her at all.
