We’re looking for razor sharp and witty freelance feature writers to join the My Salon Scoop bandwagon. Are you in the midst of changing careers? Have you looked over your current clips and realized you need to diversify? Are you a hard-news journalist looking for the softer side of your writing voice by penning feature articles? Or perhaps you just have a great hair story idea and need somewhere to pitch it.

My Salon Scoop may be just for you. We’re looking for writers across the country with one thing in common: the love of hair and the enjoyment of a good hair salon.

• 2 to 3 years of reporting experience
• Interest in beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work within deadlines
