Although the stylist is AMAZING, she often has a long wait (even prior to being initially serviced) and the assistants are unprofessional and immature. The salon is primarily close-knit clientele which attributes to the comfortable atmosphere and "familiar" dialogue. However, such a relaxed and unprofessional enviroment is sometimes a turn-off as the stylists do not have great customer-focused attitudes-- nor is that translated to the assistants. Great work, poor customer service, ridiculous wait time, fluctuating prices, but great location.
