I was looking for a Salon in my neighborhood Center City West (South Philly) that was convenient (parking area etc.), beautiful, peaceful, inexpensive, progressive, hair healthly, and most of all Blessed. I am a Physicist and Instructor and long for the intellectual atmosphere where a Sista can wind down and get my hair pampered and continue it's growth process. So I looked on the web for the best African American hair salons in Philadelphia and there she was, Miss Tiara Cheri. She has all this and the cozy and individualized care is a plus. The only thing better would be a room full of sexy straight brothers doing my tresses and I'm trying to stay blessed LOL. See you in 2 weeks and the brother would be a Great Ideal especially if they are Spiritually grounded, Let's pray on it.

Tiara Cherie is a very professional and wonderful stylist. It's such a pleasant atmosphere and Tiara is very courteous and knowledgeable about all care products. My hair looked and felt fabulous with so much body and bounce! Once you visit, I guarantee you've found a stylist for life!
