TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - One Star is Too Much. I told the stylist I wanted a style (with extensions) in a photo I showed her. She said she could do it, but as she was doing the style, I told her the hair wasn’t as long as it was in the picture, or the same thin size as the twists in the picture. She said "Trust me." After she was done, I told her again how she had not done my hair as we had discussed and how the rough hair she used was irritating my neck and scalp. She insisted she did what I asked and blamed me because “anyone who asks that many questions before she gets her hair done will never be satisfied.” The questions I asked -- the cost, how long it would take etc -- seemed standard to me. She also blamed the hair (“I can’t do anything about the hair, that’s how it comes. I don’t make the hair”). She refused to refund any of my money, but was more than willing to charge me more to fix the problem. Save yourself the aggravation. Avoid this stylist. She was more expensive than others I spoke to and so far it appears the extra money only bought me aggravation and terrible customer service and I didn't get the style I repeatedly told her I wanted before, during and after she did the process.

This was my first time at Blessed Productions and I absolutely loved it! The customer service was beyond great, and I felt very comfortable. Not only was my stylist gentle, but she was also friendly and focused as well. Whats great about this salon is it is so conveinently located and the stylist books ONLY YOU for an appointment, meaning that she is not doing 3 and 4 heads all at once, the focus is on you and only you! I loved it and will surely be going back in 2 weeks!

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER IN AND OUT OF A SALON FOR A RELAXER IN LESS THAT 5 HOURS. BLESSED PRODUCTIONS HAS BEEN A BLESSING TO MY HAIR. IT IS A MUST TRY SALON! THANK YOU
