Top Salon NYC for hair extensions, hair color and customer service, truly the top salon NYC. Their atmosphere is very inviting, young and classy. Claudio is a hair expert ( he does not talk to much, very calm), but he really knows what to do with hair!. I am extremely pleased. When I first come to Rodolfo Valentin Salon in NYC my hair was in truly bad shape. I will highly recommend this top salon NYC to anyone that wants to have their hair transform and are searching for a place with good customer service taht will take care of their patrons.
